Upon Request: A glossary of terms
For us at ClickFire Media, the difference between a traditional campaign and an interactive one is about delivery. You have to be able to deliver a successful interactive experience, and that is pretty simple- if people are using the site, it is successful, if they aren’t then it is a failure. That delivery is any set of things that you want the consumer to be able to do- a transaction, download a coupon, watch a film, trade, inform, etc.
That said, we’ve broken out a set of terms for general interactive processes that will help to deliver an interactive site that works for your brand.
