Ray Caesar - Digital Artist

I came across Ray Caesar a few months ago while flipping through the latest version of Juxtapoz Magazine. I was instantly blown away by his bizarre, contemporary but classical digital "paintings". They look painted, but on closer inspection the details and textures of the images are definitely digital. Caesar quotes "from its creation to its method of printing, I create models in a three dimensional modeling software and cover these models with painted and manipulated photographic textures that wrap around them like a map on a globe. Digital lights and cameras are added with shadows and reflections simulating that of a real world."
