Logo New Now Next Awards Animation
We worked with Logo's "New Now Next Awards" mark to create a design package for the open, promotion, in-show and live event graphics. Our challenge was to take the reference of 70's broadcast graphics, and update the look and feel to fit in with the theme- the next big thing. After boarding out a variety of options, we landed on an animation structure that pays homage to the 70's network graphics, but with a texture and movement that is updated- as if the old soft analog lighting was replaced by the newest LED lights and plasma screens.
The package included an open animation and package elements for both the live event and televised airing. Here is a link to the open of the package, the core of the project itself :
